When to Seek Emergency Care
Experience Seamless Healthcare Without Upfront Payments
We have proudly partnered with a wide network of leading health insurance providers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to offer cashless hospitalization services across all our branches in Whitefield, Marathahalli, and Varthur. This means that for eligible treatments and as per your policy terms, your medical bills are settled directly between Miracle Hospital and your insurance provider, significantly reducing your out-of-pocket expenses and administrative burden.
How Our Cashless Facility Works: A Step-by-Step Guide
Our dedicated insurance desk team is here to guide you through every stage of the cashless process:
- Planned Admission: If your hospitalization is planned, please inform our admissions desk about your health insurance policy during pre-admission counseling. We recommend notifying your insurance provider/TPA at least 48-72 hours prior to admission.
- Emergency Admission: In case of an emergency, our team will assist you in notifying your insurance provider/TPA within 24 hours of admission.
- Our dedicated insurance desk team will assist you in completing the necessary pre-authorization forms.
- We will then submit these forms, along with your medical reports and doctor's recommendations, to your TPA/insurance company for approval.
- The TPA/insurance company will review your case based on your policy terms and conditions.
- Once approved, you can receive your medical treatment without needing to make upfront cash payments for the covered expenses.
- At the time of discharge, our billing team will coordinate the final settlement with your insurance provider.
- You will only be responsible for paying for any expenses explicitly not covered by your policy (these are typically non-admissible expenses as per your plan, such as certain consumables, higher room rent charges if applicable, or specific exclusions). The remaining eligible amount will be settled directly by your insurance provider.
