After completing his MBBS from Karnataka University in 1997 and DGO from Karnataka University in 2002, he furthered his career in the UK, moving there in 2004. He trained in various busy district general and University hospitals, including Croydon University and King’s College Hospital. He earned his MRCOG (Member of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists) and completed his CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training). He then undertook a rigorous 3-year sub-specialisation training program in urogynaecology under well-renowned experts (Miss Ranee Thakar and Mr. Abdul Sultan) in the UK, making him a Royal College (London) accredited urogynaecology subspecialist.
